Tennis Professional

Our club is seeking a Tennis Professional to provide exceptional service to members and guests while organizing and promoting tennis activities. Responsibilities include offering tennis clinics and private lessons, promoting tennis memberships, and serving as the Club’s Tennis Ambassador to enhance its value. The Tennis Professional will report directly to the Director of Racquet Sports or Head Tennis Professional. Daily tasks include assisting members with tennis needs, teaching lessons, scheduling and promoting events, maintaining courts, and maximizing facility usage. The position also entails attending club functions and tennis committee meetings, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years as a Tennis Professional, a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), USPTA certification, and required tennis instruction training. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and adherence to safety protocols.
