No. There is no fee for coaches to apply to join the CSC Coaches Network. Once you have applied and been accepted, there are also no fees. The only time you will pay a fee is when you have accepted a position with a CSC Partner Club and are beginning the process of moving abroad.
If you apply for a job on our job board and are not already approved as a member of the CSC Coaches Network, you will need to apply and be accepted to the CSC Coaches Network.
If you are offered and accept a coaching position with a club, you are responsible for the cost of the visa and the required immigration attorney. Depending on the type and complexity of the visa, it can range from $500 USD to $6,000 USD. You do not have to pay any money to an attorney until you are 100% satisfied with your job offer, and have accepted that offer.

These positions provide opportunities for coaches to gain valuable experience and contribute to the development of tennis, padel, and pickleball in these regions. In addition, these positions may give the coach the experience and qualifications needed to qualify for a US visa in the future.
Coaches applying to join our network must have certification in their home country. If accepted to join our network, you will then need a Police background check, be able to pass the USPTA, PTR, PPR, or PCR certifications, and take SafeSport training before leaving for a position with Court Sports Coaches. Coaches should also have at least three years of experience coaching and demonstrate a solid commitment to professional development and excellence in coaching.
