Our club is on the hunt for a Youth Padel Coach dedicated to introducing young players to the joys and challenges of Padel. This role requires designing age-appropriate training sessions, organizing youth leagues, and creating a fun, engaging learning environment. A background in youth sports instruction, a patient and motivating teaching style, and a commitment to promoting physical activity and teamwork among children are essential.
