We are seeking an Assistant Racquets Professional for our Country Club. The Assistant Racquets Professional will work under the direction of the Club’s Director of Racquets and Head Racquets Professional to execute all tennis and pickleball activities. Responsibilities include providing instruction and service to ensure member satisfaction, supporting court conditions, and contributing to the overall performance of the Racquets facility.
The ideal candidate should be either USPTA or PTR certified, or willing to pursue certification with Club support. Preference will be given to candidates with competency in group teaching, private instruction, and event management. While experience in pickleball coaching is beneficial, it is not necessary as our program is in its early stages.
